The Town has implemented the ability to make online payments and complete online transactions through UniBank's UniPay system. Though we encourage people to use this system, especially those who have a hard time making it to Town Hall during regular business hours, it cannot be used for every type of transaction in the Department of Natural Resources. Some transactions still require verification and/or personal interaction at our office. Presently, the following transactions can be completed online, and in some cases you may need to send us documentation and/or forms (absolutley required for Mooring transactions) to complete the transaction:
- Resident Beach Parking Sticker
- Vehicle must be in our Excise Tax system to be verified. If you are not in our Excise Tax system, your primary residence is not in the Town of Bourne and you cannot be verified. Also see Parking Sticker Policy.
- Mooring Permit Wait List
- Mooring Wait List Annual Renewal Fee
- Must meet deadline for submital & Wait List Renewal Form (and any other required documentation) must be sent to us.
- Shellfish Permits (as follows, only if verified information on file has not changed & in some cases additional verification may be required)
- Duplicate
- MA Resident Renewal
- Resident Renewal
- Senior Renewal
The following transactions, though handled through the Town Clerk & Town Collector respectively, are also available:
- Citation/Ticket Payments
- Marina & Mooring Bills
When paying these you should have the citation/ticket or bill in front of you, so you can enter the proper required information in the online form. For citations/tickets, be sure to note in one of the boxes the full citation/ticket number that is located in the upper right corner (for example, A-123 or DNR-11-45).
By clicking the link below, a new tab/window will open to the UniBank UniPay web site. Please be aware of the following:
- All transactions are FREE of any service fees IF you use your checking account to electronically pay.
- There is a UniBank service fee added to all credit card payments.
- Most transactions will include a postage & handling fee added.
Questions regarding online transactions should be sent to Senior Officer Mike Gratis.
