b. Buzzards Bay Beautification Group Scarecrows around the Buzzards Bay Park.

Selectman Ford MOVED and SECONDED by Selectman Conron to approve the Buzzards Bay Beautification Group Scarecrows around the Buzzards Bay Park on October 18^th through 25^th 25 to 30 scarecrows in park. VOTE: 4-0
