Meeting Called to Order

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.

Mr. Mealy indicated that the Board would act on licenses first prior to discussion of the Town Administrator’s evaluation.

Licenses and Appointments

A request from Starbuck’s to approve a Common Victualler’s license. A MOTION to approve the license subject to the conditions depicted within the routing slip was made by MRS CONRON. The motion was seconded by MS. ZUERN and unanimously approved by the Board.

The Board entered into a lengthy discussion with the Town Administrator regarding the annual performance appraisal. Mr. Mealy will reconstitute some of the narrative as agreed to by the Board and will provide the Board a copy prior to any formal action being taken.

The Town Clerk had presented names for election worker appointments for the Town Administrator to sign.

A MOTION was made by Mr. SLONIECKI to approve the appointments as presented by the Town Clerk. The motion was seconded by MS ZUERN and unanimously approved by the Board.

It was agreed that Board members would present letters of intent to be an officer of the Board for the meeting of May 27^th when the Selectmen shall reorganize.

A MOTION to adjourn at 8:53 was made by MR. FORD and seconded by MR. SLONIECKI. The MOTION was unanimously agreed to by the Board.
