The Board reviewed proposed plans for a convenience and fueling station with a drive through Dunkin’ Donuts at the site location on Cranberry Highway.

Discussion occurred relative to entrance and egress, pedestrian traffic, fueling islands, tank location, septic location, and traffic flow. Ms. Atkins – Perry reviewed criteria requirements for a Special Permit. Concern was also raised regarding the steep slope in the rear of the property. Questions regarding the Planning Board’s site plan review process as well as questions raised by the Planning Board during the review process.

The meeting adjourned at 4:36 P.M.
