BOARD OF HEALTH

 

 

 

At its regular meeting held on May 9, 1990, the Bourne Board of Health voted, under authority of Chapter 111, Section 31, the following regulation:

 

 

The disposal of any radioactive materials is prohibited within the Town of Bourne without special permit granted after public hearing by the Board of Health, in all areas of the Town of Bourne, including any sanitary landfill site.
