Pursuant
to Chapter 111, Section 31 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Bourne Board
of Health, at its regular meeting on May 24, 1995 voted to amend its regulation
dated January 4, 1974 regarding permit validity to the following:
Disposal
Works Construction Permits shall be valid for one year from the date of
approval by the Board of Health (date of signature by Health Agent). Said permit, with originally submitted
plans, may be renewed for one consecutive year as long as no Board of Health
regulations concerning siting setbacks or design have been promulgated and
renewal applications are made prior to the expiration of the original
permit. Further renewals will be
considered on a case by case basis.
