Frame/Rough– must be weather tight (plumbing/gas and electrical MUST be done first)
Insulation
Final & Fire (if applicable)- (plumbing/gas and electrical MUST be done first)

Commercial Only– Planning Board must sign off on final for occupancy

Re-inspection fee: $20.00
Double Fee penalty for work done without a permit

***NOTE***
Only the Town of Bourne shall be exempt from applicable fees. Any other fees may be waived or adjusted under the authority of the Board of Selectman
