Accident or Incident Reports
Accident or Incident reports are generated every time the police are called to a situation.
Requirements:
You can only request a report if you were personally involved in an accident or incident.
You cannot request one on behalf of friends or family members; they must come to the station themselves and request one in person.
Where and When:
You can request a report at any time; the forms are located in the Bourne Police Department lobby.
How Much:
You pay for your report at the time of your request. You can pay by money order or check made out to Town of Bourne.
All motor vehicle accident reports: $5.00
Reports dealing with theft, larcenies or vandalism: $2.00
Reports of domestic abuse: FREE
How Long:
For victims of domestic abuse, reports are generated IMMEDIATELY.
All other reports are mailed to the address you provide on the form within 10 days of your request.
