Affordable Housing Trust
Charge
The Bourne Affordable Housing Trust Fund was established by Town Meeting in May of 2009, and it provides the Town with many tools to create and preserve affordable housing, including the ability to option, lease, purchase, renovate, and lease out or sell real estate.
Membership
There are five Trustees appointed by the Select Board and the Trust is provided part-time staff support by the Affordable Housing Programs Administrator and a part time administrative assistant through cooperation with the Bourne Housing Partnership and the use of Community Preservation Committee funding.
Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Excluding Holidays)
