04 Residential and Commercial Sewer User Fee
Each property connected to the Bourne sewer system is charged an annual user fee per unit.

| Second Half User Fee (January 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024) | $582.00 per unit |
Each property connected to the Bourne sewer system is allowed to pump 45,000 gallons per calendar year. For every gallon over that amount, you are charged a fee.
