Summary of Amended Fee Schedule 

The Bourne Board of Health held public hearings on 10/8/19, 10/23/19, & 10/31/2019 to discuss and vote on amending their existing fee schedule. A permit for a food establishment with up to 99 seats is now $200, 100-199 seats is $250, & 200+ seats is $300. Retail food permits including bakeries which have ≤300 sq ft is $50, and 1001-1999sq ft is $150. Mobile and temporary food permits have been broken down into two classifications for retail sale of pre-packaged foods/ bulk foods only and for establishments which handle and prepare foods. A re-inspection fee of $50 has been updated to the schedule. Annual licenses for tobacco sales and swimming pools have increased. Please visit www.townofbourne.com/health for the full list of changes.
