Effective November 1, 2020 all applications will be processed online.  Once you have been issued your permit number and have paid the applicable fee, please call our business office at 508-759-4412 to schedule your inspection.  Inspections will not be scheduled until application is completed and fee is paid. Certificates of compliance are only valid for 60 days from the date of the inspection.
