Queen Sewell Pond Watershed Action Plan

Queen Sewell Pond

Update (1/24/24): The Horsley Witten Group has completed site soil evaluations and wetlands delineations for the purpose of informing green stormwater infrastructure design. We are now in the process of planning the public raingarden workshop (expected to take place in June 2024) and developing priority restoration concepts. Please call the Conservation Department with any questions.

On August 8, 2023, Horsley Witten Group, the Town Engineer and the Town Conservation Agent held two public meetings to discuss the Queen Sewell Pond Watershed project and provide residents the opportunity to ask questions and share their concerns and insights regarding water quality at Queen Sewell Pond. You can review the powerpoint presentation at the bottom of this page.
