Fairs/Festivals
“Festivals” are a social celebration marked by a specific focus or reason for gathering and including a schedule or program of offerings or services including entertainment, alcohol, food and activities for the attendees. Festivals can occur on private or public property and attendance can be free, by donation or a pre-determined fee.
