To SEARCH or APPLY for an NOI or RDA permit please CLICK HERE to access the online portal.
The Conservation Department is no longer accepting paper-permits as of March 1st, 2023. The plans will be the only paper copies submitted to the Town by mail or hand delivery (1 original wet stamped and 2 copies).
Online permit applications will give individuals the opportunity to conveniently apply for permits using the OpenGov portal. As the applicant you will set up an account through the Opengov citizens services with the email address that will receive the main notifications. Click here for additional information.
