Town Procurement

Bids, Requests for Proposals, Surplus

The Administration Office is responsible for implementation and administration of the Town’s centralized procurement processes, ensuring that all purchases of goods and services are made in accordance with State law and Town bylaws and are open, fair, competitive, and obtained at the lowest possible cost.

We are dedicated to the principles of competition and fairness, through engaged collaboration between town departments in acquiring supplies and services through competitive bidding while expanding resources and programs that empower citizens to become involved in the contracting opportunities resulting in the assurance the Bourne Community members are receiving the best value for all expenditures.

The Administration Office promotes the use of Commonwealth of Massachusetts contracts when appropriate and encourages participation of and outreach to minority, local and women-owned businesses.
