Letter of Buildability

As of January 1, 2020, the building department no longer will determine if a lot is buildable.

Please contact a "Land Use Lawyer" to determine if your lot is buildable. If determined buildable by your lawyer, it must be submitted once applying for a permit.

Once we receive your permit, it will be reviewed by the building department to confirm the lawyer’s findings.
