The Bourne Council on Aging Outreach Program provides information and referral, as well as direct services, for all seniors in the Town of Bourne.
Services include: Free safety services co-sponsored with the Bourne Fire Department, Housing, Knox Boxes, SNAP (Food Stamps), Crisis Intervention, Advocacy, Home visits to elderly shut-ins, Files of Life, Telephone Reassurance Program, Friendly Visitor program, Grandparents raising grandchildren, Intergenerational Memory Share program.
