SENIOR TAX WORK OFF PROGRAM

Senior Volunteer Tax Work Off Program 

All applicants must be 60 years of age, own a property in Bourne,

 and meet low-moderate income guidelines:  

1 Person Household income: $66,525

2 Person Household Income: $76,012

Volunteers can receive up to a $750 abatement on their real estate taxes for hours served and positions are limited. Required documents you must bring to your appointment:

2 copies of your Photo ID, 1 copy of your Real Estate Taxes Bill, proof of income with a copy of your 2023 Income Tax Return, and if the property is in a Trust you will need a copy of the trust.

Applications will be taken by appointment only on the following days - No Exceptions!!
