Outside Cooking Fires

Residents and property owners that are 18 years and older may have a small cook fire on their private property without a permit from the fire department. However, the burning of construction debris, grass, and leaves is strictly prohibited.  Brush may only be burned during the open burning season which runs from January 15th until May 1st, with a permit from the fire department.  Please click here for additional information.
