Application Requirements:
12 copies of application and required plans; 2 copies of certified abutter's list and required fee. Please email a an electronic copy of the entire packet to Cassie or Ann.
Complete applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to a hearing. If a packet is submitted with missing materials, the 30 days begins once we have everything needed.
Any additional supplemental information for an upcoming hearing MUST be submitted to the office by noon the Friday prior to the hearing date.
